F/W 2025 ‘DARK KNIGHTRESS AT NYFW

The F/W 2025 ‘Dark Knightress’ collection was showcased at New York Fashion Week with Flying Solo Showroom on February 7th, 2025 at Canoe Studios.

COLOR SCHEME: BLACK & SILVER

The collection mostly encompasses blacks in different textures, white with hand-painted silver accents, and nude color.

EMOTIONAL JOURNEY:

END OF AN ERA

The collection is a representation of the designer’s current emotional journey, which marks an end of an era. The designer wants to say farewell to a few years of “heavy training” and celebrate the person she became during the process.

ARMOR-LIKE PIECES

The collection’s main female character is a strong and powerful warrior, who shaped molded bra-like armors with spikes, skirts and dresses to make a power statement but yet stay feminine.

MATERIALS

The collection showcases a variety of different fabrics and materials: faux fur coats, faux leather bodysuits, spandex bodysuit, pants and dress, mesh jumpsuit, tights, spikes and armors made of molded silicone rubber.

JACK MAYER, MODEL

Jack has been seen at a previous runway show in San Francisco and in editorial shoots before wearing Viktoria Marchev, this is the first time the designer and the model worked together in New York.

The look for Jack includes a double-sided silicone piece with spikes (spikes on both side) and a silver gown.

AUDRIIX CELEBRITY APPEARANCE

Singer/songwriter Audriix made a celebrity appearance and her runway debut at Fashion Week. Audriix has been seen before multiple times wearing Viktoria Marchev pieces, including on the first stop of her 2024 tour in Paso Robles, her performance at iHeartRadio in NYC, for her “I do” single release and most recently for the Wicked/Lingua launch party.

The designer created a dress fully made of silicone and hand-painted with silver details to celebrate the singer’s runway appearance.
