BEING ENTANGLED
The idea behind the collection is the concept of being tied into engagements and their controversial impacts on our emotional life, how long we should persist, is it worth to endure and be entangled in something that is choking us already.
COLOR SCHEME
The designer is always fond of the minimalism of black and white, which combination plays a significant role in almost all of her collections, including this one.

THE TIE F/W 2017
‘The Tie’ is Viktoria’s first fall-winter collection, made of delicately handcrafted pieces. The collection was showcased at Vancouver Fashion Week in the Chinese Cultural Center in March, 2017 which drew the attention of international press, including Vogue China. After Viktoria moved to New York the collection became popular in the Big Apple too, dressing celebrities as Billy Porter, Yovanna Ventura, Sofie Dossi in the collection, and also been featured in magazines as CIVILIAN, BASIC, LUCY’s Magazine and recently GRAZIA Croatia.
‘SKin’ and FUR
The fabric choices of the collection reflect some sort of getting back to the traditional, as leather pieces are combined with finger-crocheted wool vests made of gigantic yarns and hand-crocheted sweaters made of regular sized yarns. The balance between structure and natural appearance was a key element in this collection.
